Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured, data-driven processes to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate supply chain risks across materials, suppliers, and operational nodes before disruptions occur.
  • •Champion the risk register and regular review process by evaluating business impact, supply exposure, resilience needs, financial impact, time-to-recover, and supply criticality.
  • •Identify critical materials, suppliers, and dependencies requiring focused mitigation, continuity planning, and resilience investment decisions.
  • •Partner cross-functionally across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and related teams to strengthen the organization’s ability to avoid, absorb, and recover from disruption impacts.
  • •Develop and validate stress test and scenario planning exercises, and prepare risk analyses, observations, and actionable leadership recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics, risk management, or resilience-related roles.
  • •Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology resilience testing, monitoring, analytics, dashboards, or operational risk reporting.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 22301 and risk assessment/prioritization frameworks.
  • •Hands-on scenario modeling using digital twin environments and supply chain risk/visualization platforms.
  • •Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, plus executive reporting using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
