Job Summary

Marketing Associate in Deliveroo’s Middle East team, responsible for end-to-end execution of promotional strategy, campaign performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth. You’ll manage the Middle East promotional calendar, work with global and local teams, report on campaign metrics, and monitor competitor activity to optimize plans in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

•Champion the consumer voice by delivering plans that offer great value to customers
•Work with global and local teams to implement and execute the Middle East Marketing Promotional Calendar, ensuring best-in-class execution and relevant communication
•Own weekly reporting on in-flight campaign performance and post-campaign analysis to understand metrics of success and identify improvement areas and opportunities to experiment
•Keep on top of competitor trends and activity to strengthen plans
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end execution of promotional initiatives

Key Requirements

•1-2 years experience in Marketing
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
•Analytical & commercial mindset with ability to interpret data and develop consumer-led marketing strategy, comfortable with Excel
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders; confident communicating at all levels
