Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes, collaborate across Product and Customer Success for smooth onboarding, and share customer insights to shape go-to-market strategy in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals, marketing workflows, and business challenges.
•Deliver tailored product demonstrations across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
•Design scalable platform solutions aligned with customer marketing strategies and technical requirements.
•Partner with Account Executives to develop solution strategies, respond to RFPs, and support complex enterprise opportunities.
•Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Sales Engineering to transition from sales to onboarding and share customer insights for product and go-to-market improvements.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing pre-sales role within AdTech, MarTech, or B2B SaaS.
•Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
•Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows, campaign management, automation, APIs, catalog integrations, and marketing technology ecosystems.
•Ability to design technical solutions that address customer business objectives while balancing scalability and operational efficiency.
•Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
