Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain CWY process ownership as the primary job function.
  • •Supervise process technicians responsible for production equipment processes.
  • •Enable technicians to properly disposition material and act as a primary escalation point.
  • •Achieve shift goals across production, quality, productivity, and cost by holding technician performance accountable.
  • •Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas and coordinate process technicians training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •2 years of experience in a fab environment.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Proficiency with Python, Claude, or other AI models/tools is a plus.
  • •Experience with CMP and single wafer clean process tools (e.g., AMAT, EBARA, LAM, TEL, DNS) and strong understanding of Cu and Al BEOL integrations.
