Lead and coordinate the end-to-end UI/UX program from concept to production, bridging the UI/UX design team with digital engineering in an automotive environment. Key Responsibilities

•Manage the entire UI/UX feature and concept implementation and execution from the early concept phase to the start of production (SOP) and beyond (OTA lifecycle).
•Define roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure product releases are delivered on time.
•Serve as the intersection between UI/UX, infotainment and digital engineering; translate design intent into technical requirements.
•Utilize the toolchain from Figma/Sketch/PS to target integration (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, Kanzi, Qt) for HMI development.
•Oversee the workflow of complex technical programs with a strong software and hardware component; create and improve development processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,500 - 231,000 annually
