Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure consistent, high-quality PUMA visual identity across all eCommerce on-model imagery and own creative direction on set.
  • •Schedule studio shoot workflows daily to maximize utilization without compromising quality.
  • •Manage sample intake, tracking through shoots, and timely returns from global/regional shipments.
  • •Design and continuously improve studio workflows across packshots, OMI, and AI-assisted production pipelines.
  • •Brief and direct Production, Art Direction, Styling, and Postproduction; build a performance culture and steward day-to-day studio spend.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in fashion or eCommerce art direction.
  • •Strong understanding of brand-driven visual storytelling.
  • •Organizational capability to run a high-volume production environment at pace.
  • •Proven ability to lead on-set teams and make fast decisions.
  • •Eye for detail and consistency in digital-first imagery, including experience with global style guides and translating consumer/business goals into visual outcomes.
