Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership to grow transport planning and consulting capabilities and align team objectives with business goals.
  • •Lead client and stakeholder engagement, offering strategic advice and representing AECOM at meetings and industry events.
  • •Manage delivery of transport planning inputs across development projects, including technical oversight, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • •Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leading bid/proposal preparation and coordinating multidisciplinary work.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of transport planners and consultants, fostering collaboration, innovation, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in transport planning with a proven track record winning work and leading teams.
  • •Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • •Membership in professional bodies such as CIHT or TPS.
  • •Strong client network and established industry relationships.
