Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging customers, performing standardized and complex transactions (with assistance as needed), and uncovering client needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
  • •Support sales through outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying needs or opportunities, and referring to branch specialists as appropriate.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; assist with new account openings and problem resolution based on branch demand.
