Job Summary

Serve as a trusted point of contact for financial professionals, delivering product expertise and responsive phone support to drive Athene’s annuity business. Create accurate annuity product illustrations, fulfill marketing requests, and provide product education to support advisors and sales opportunities. Partner with internal wholesaler and service teams to resolve issues and strengthen distributor relationships while using CRM, AI-enabled resources, and digital tools to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional phone support to financial professionals by answering product, sales, and service inquiries with a high-quality customer experience.
•Generate accurate annuity product illustrations, fulfill marketing material requests, and support advisors with product education and sales solutions.
•Partner with internal wholesalers, service liaisons, and business partners to resolve service issues, identify sales opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up.
•Maintain strong knowledge of Athene products and industry trends while using CRM systems, AI-enabled resources, and digital tools to improve efficiency.
•Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture by demonstrating adaptability, critical thinking, continuous learning, and a bias for action.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of financial services sales experience (annuity product experience strongly preferred).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain financial products and build trusted relationships.
•Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with annuity illustration software, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
•Demonstrated organization, problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
•Progress toward or completion of industry education/certifications (such as LIMRA or LOMA) preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
•equivalent work or military experience will also be considered.
