Serve as the Spanish-speaking voice of Wonders, taking restaurant customer orders over live phone calls with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency. Follow structured processes to clarify orders, resolve issues, and smoothly complete transactions while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Help drive call conversion into successful orders, learn internal tools and protocols, and support customers with menu selections, add-on recommendations, and troubleshooting. Night shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities

•Take customer orders in Spanish during live calls, including clarifications and issue resolution.
•Pass basic Tier 1 agent certification after new-hire training.
•Improve call conversion by effectively turning calls into successful orders over time.
•Learn and use tools and processes to handle calls efficiently and empathetically while minimizing errors.
•Follow assigned schedules (may include graveyard shifts and rest days) and assist with menu item selection, add-ons, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•Fluent conversational Spanish to confidently handle live phone calls with native or near-native Spanish speakers.
•Strong communication skills to speak and write clearly and concisely.
•Active listening and emotional intelligence to stay calm, patient, and professional in tough situations.
•Comfort using computer tools and typing while on calls.
•Ability to think critically, problem-solve in real time, and adapt to changing situations.
