Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion and lead the productivity strategy agenda within the business unit, including integrated planning and productivity target setting tied to procurement and operations cost base and margin performance.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to build, launch, and deliver a portfolio productivity project pipeline (value engineering, PPA, CMA, in/out-sourcing).
  • •Partner with BU CFO office and central FP&A to embed and maintain end-to-end productivity forecasting and reporting via monthly business cycles.
  • •Lead productivity reporting/review routines with central stakeholder leadership and functional teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and maintain visibility of the productivity pipeline at BU and platform/category level.
  • •Co-lead the AOP cycle to set and support the productivity component of portfolio/category performance and, as needed, lead ad-hoc assessments of portfolio margin competitiveness.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or a master’s in finance/operations is a plus.
  • •5–8 years of work experience in FMCG.
  • •Extensive project/program management experience in a large, matrixed organization.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L structure and drivers, plus operational projects.
  • •Expert collaboration, stakeholder management, and executive-level storytelling; strong analytical and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
