Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Greater China desk operations for inbound corporate business into Vietnam, with oversight across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
  • •Drive proactive business development, origination, and tracking of new investment from Greater China into Vietnam.
  • •Act as ambassador to internal and external stakeholders; execute initiatives (e.g., roadshows, webinars, collaborations with regulators/intermediaries) to expand collaboration and inbound opportunities.
  • •Manage a Greater China portfolio and work with support to ensure smooth customer transactions and requests.
  • •Monitor and manage credit risk and financial crime risk, ensure adherence to regulatory and legal standards, and minimize losses from operational failings.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years’ GRM/RM experience in Corporate Banking.
  • •Lead a team and manage relationship managers and support across Greater China client coverage.
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an advantage).
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify and manage business risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline; proven track record in a client-focused environment.
