Material Engineer - Construction & Contracting (KSA, SA)

Lead operational, technical, and functional execution across construction and contracting activities, ensuring alignment with standards, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, contractors, and deliverables to hit timelines, manage risks and issues, and maintain HSE compliance. Monitor KPIs, quality benchmarks, and service performance, prepare reporting and technical records, and drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency in partnership with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
