Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan indirect materials for the semiconductor assembly facility based on forecasts.
  • •Follow up with the procurement team to ensure indirect material availability on time.
  • •Maintain the indirect material room and manage fabrication tool ordering, delivery, and maintenance according to manufacturing requirements.
  • •Drive inventory control accuracy and achieve KPIs on the Assembly/Test floor, including WIP management for faster production handover.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement, use AI to analyze and resolve manufacturing issues in real time, and maintain documentation aligned with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, simplifying work via automation/dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •10 to 12 years of industrial experience in material management, warehouse management, inventory control, or tooling management in a manufacturing organization.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP, MES, and data visualization software.
  • •Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • •Proactive, ambitious approach with a passion for innovation.
