Drive end-to-end cost recognition, automation and reporting across teams (Procurement, Legal, FP&A, Operations), with IFRS expertise, NetSuite implementation, and a focus on scalable processes and internal controls. Manage a growing cost team, mentor staff, and collaborate with external auditors from a home-based/ London hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial Systems, Operations, Legal and FP&A to design and maintain scalable cost management, allocation and reporting processes, driving end-to-end automation of the cost life cycle in NetSuite and related systems
•Incorporate industry best practices, emerging technology and AI to raise reporting speed and accuracy
•Review and evaluate the cost recognition impact of non-standard expenses
•Lead, mentor and develop a team of cost accounting and systems accounting professionals
•Assist in month-end cost close, including reconciliations, fluctuation analysis, and other reporting

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA or equivalent with IFRS experience
•IFRS 16/IAS38 knowledge and experience with SaaS/services
•Experience managing cost accounting processes and operational expenses in a multi-country/multi-currency environment
•ERP/operational finance systems experience; NetSuite preferred, with a track record of scaling accounting processes
•Leadership or people-management experience and ability to mentor a team
