•Own an enterprise-wide risk platform across the full lifecycle from ideation to delivery and drive organizational and product improvements.
•Design, implement, and enhance end-to-end systems and shared technologies that improve quality, observability, scalability, security, and reusability.
•Use and integrate GenAI and agents across SDLC and DevOps to improve idea-to-production cycle time and quality.
•Drive advanced architecture solutions that are robust and scalable, considering integrations across internal technical ecosystems and external services.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science/Information Systems (or related) AND at least 5 years of directly related experience, OR Bachelor’s degree AND at least 8 years, OR minimum 11 years directly related experience.
•Ability to provide technical leadership to the team and make sound engineering decisions balancing business needs with engineering excellence.
•Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Golang.
•Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
•Proven experience architecting, building, deploying, and operating large-scale, highly available, fault-tolerant, elastic microservices in cloud-native environments.
