Job Summary

Lead CGO’s execution and financial oversight for large capacitization investments, managing junior analysts and coordinating EVMS submission activities. Drive monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), support investment business cases, and provide insight from earned value and cost metrics. Partner with CGO Finance leadership to shape the long-range financial outlook, integrate supplier-driven development needs, and align senior stakeholders on the best path to accelerated production and bottom-line results.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage junior analysts and coordinate CGO EVMS submission activities.
•Develop, present, and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) and support investment business cases.
•Analyze capacitization investment EV metrics, including weekly/monthly costs incurred, and provide leading indicator guidance.
•Support integration and management of large suppliers for projects with material and manufacturing development.
•Partner with the CGO Finance Director to shape strategic financial outlook and build consensus among senior executive leaders.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s and 10+ years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years experience.
•Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Experience interfacing and conducting business with functional disciplines such as engineering, supply chain, contracts, operations, and quality.
•Experience applying EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration or a similar system.
•Experience with financial forecasting, Annual Operating Plans, Long Range Planning, and risk & opportunity management.
