Commercial Team Lead

Lead a Commercial & Industrial sales team and set the regional sales strategy to win new business for UMB. You will assist in establishing sales goals, service policies, and standards that improve client satisfaction and retention. Oversee budgets, recruitment strategy, and the loan portfolio to ensure profit and loss. Negotiate credit arrangements and prepare credit memoranda for loan committee approvals while driving community activities and monitoring portfolio performance.
