Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle end-to-end sea freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely execution.
  • •Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, agents, service providers, and internal teams throughout the shipment cycle.
  • •Manage sea freight enquiries, quotations, bookings, and operational requirements.
  • •Ensure shipping documents are accurate, complete, and processed on time, including monitoring milestones and follow-up on delays or exceptions.
  • •Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports in CargoWise and support job costing, invoicing, closure, and claims-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •Relevant experience in Sea Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Operations is preferred.
  • •Good knowledge of Sea Freight operations, shipping documentation, shipping lines, and freight forwarding processes.
  • •Understanding of local and international shipping requirements and regulations.
  • •Proficiency with CargoWise is preferred, and strong communication and attention to detail are required.
