Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of AG Power’s Quality Management System across EtihadWE substation projects.
  • •Prepare, implement, and maintain PQP, ITPs, method statement review comments, inspection checklists, and quality records for civil works.
  • •Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements to verify applicable quality requirements and ensure works comply before inspections.
  • •Inspect civil works and materials, witness concrete batching/testing, review test reports, and ensure compliance with ITP hold/witness/review points.
  • •Manage NCRs/observations/punch points and corrective actions, support audits, and contribute to continual improvement and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in electrical substation projects, including civil works (foundations, buildings, cable trenches, earthworks, drainage, roads).
  • •Hands-on experience with PQP, ITP, RFI, MIR, NCR, SOR, CAR and quality dossier/close-out documentation.
  • •Strong understanding of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, soil compaction, and material testing.
  • •Experience coordinating inspections with clients/consultants and third-party laboratories; ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor is preferred.
