Key Responsibilities

•Handle customer queries from users and drivers via instant messaging, email, and phone in accordance with company SOPs.
•Process driver- partner inquiries, questions, and complaints per SOP.
•Input backend system data and ensure accuracy of customer interactions and related data.
•Provide user feedback to relevant departments to optimize service processes.
•Identify complex cases and escalate to senior team members or supervisors as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 31,000 - 35,000 monthly

•Optimistic, proactive, and polite personality.
•Strong emotional management and problem-solving skills.
•Able to work weekends and public holidays, 08:00–21:00, 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break.
•Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no experience; comprehensive training and full support provided.
