Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity performance targets.
  • •Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned to business objectives and long-term strategy.
  • •Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSE, PSM, process safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage daily manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, inventory management, capacity planning, and resource utilization; coordinate maintenance and capital improvement programs.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives (including Lean principles), manage budgets and operational KPIs, and oversee investigations/root-cause analysis with corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 7 years of manufacturing/chemical/petrochemical/blending/process operations (or related) experience.
  • •At least 3 years of leadership experience managing manufacturing, production, or operations teams.
  • •Experience leading Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Process Safety Management (PSM), and operational excellence programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, and plant performance management, including budgets and KPIs.
