Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the build, integration, and bring-up of avionics systems, electrical assemblies, and wire harnesses.
  • •Develop and maintain avionics manufacturing instructions, work orders, BOMs, drawings, and assembly documentation.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical and avionics hardware using schematics, wiring diagrams, and test equipment; implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • •Partner with design engineering to build initial prototypes and identify DFM/DFT improvements.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and production rate; develop tooling/fixtures/test equipment and train manufacturing technicians on new processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (equivalent hands-on experience may be considered).
  • •1+ years of experience with electrical, avionics, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or similar hardware systems in a production environment.
  • •Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pinouts, and engineering drawings.
  • •Hands-on experience building or troubleshooting electrical systems, PCB assemblies, or wire harnesses.
  • •Experience using electrical test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and continuity/insulation testers.
