Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify received and shipped products for accuracy and quality, and perform check-in/check-out duties while maintaining required records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
  • •Count returned goods (damaged/full/empty) and ensure accurate inventory and load-outs.
  • •Interact with automation systems and screens, using voice pick/paper pick tickets and warehouse management systems to verify and record product handling.
  • •Identify machine faults, troubleshoot/correct system errors, and perform basic cleaning and maintenance on automation systems.
  • •Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., single/double forklifts, wrappers, floor scrubber, dock plates, bay doors) and follow safety checks, janitorial tasks, and Good Manufacturing Practices/food safety rules.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is required.
  • •Must be able to pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
  • •Computer/Human Machine Interface skills are required.
  • •Strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills; able to understand procedures and product label/load ticket instructions.
  • •Must be able to count large quantities and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment; at least 6 months forklift experience is preferred.
