Serve as an individual producer supporting multiple Region Banking Centers by processing customer financial transactions and carrying out needs-based conversations. Build and deepen customer relationships through excellent communication and active listening, offer appropriate products and services, and generate leads. Meet individual and team goals for sales, service, and operations while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations and bank policies. Collaborate with banking center teams and business lines, adapting to regional scheduling needs.
