Payroll Specialist

Manage and process end-to-end payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, pay adjustments, and terminations, while resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to employee pay questions. Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations, prepare payroll earnings/tax/leave reports, and coordinate with HR and Finance, including supporting audits.
