Key Responsibilities

  • •Support compliance investigations by managing documentation, case files, timelines, and audit trails.
  • •Assist with data protection and privacy activities, including records management, data subject requests, and incident documentation.
  • •Coordinate and maintain legal processes, repositories, templates, and workflow tracking.
  • •Support commercial contract processes, including NDAs, contract execution, archiving, and lifecycle management.
  • •Contribute to business risk assessments and compliance programs and collaborate with legal counsel and compliance teams on legal matters.
