Job Summary

Manage contractual and commercial matters for large industrial and data centre projects across the full contract lifecycle, including change and claims management and dispute resolution. Develop tender and contract strategies, support PQQ and tender documentation, and evaluate proposals for FEED and EPCI packages. Monitor contract compliance and critical-path risks, perform financial analysis and reporting, and communicate contract status to senior stakeholders in collaboration with procurement and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage contract change and claims throughout the lifecycle of large industrial projects, including resolution of disputes.
•Develop and define tender and contract strategies in collaboration with key business functions and monitor supply chain developments for early risk identification.
•Support development of PQQs and tender documentation, including evaluation criteria and scopes of work; evaluate proposals for FEED and EPCI packages.
•Ensure contract compliance by monitoring deliverables, managing variations, forecasting/record-keeping, and resolving contractual issues.
•Communicate contract status and scope variances clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and maintain strong internal relationships.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of contracts management experience supporting large data centres and/or industrial development projects.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or equivalent.
•Experience managing contracts across the project lifecycle, including change and claims management.
•Extensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations.
•Fluency in Spanish and English.
