Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive compliance advisory during product development and throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Identify compliance risks, guide remediation, and escalate/facilitate with subject matter experts as needed.
  • •Maintain compliance subject matter expertise and apply compliance requirements to new products and process/control development.
  • •Perform and review control assessments; evaluate Internal Audit and Regulatory Exam issues for compliance impacts.
  • •Support compliance program development and governance, including UDAAP validations, reporting, and governance forum engagements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,100 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree, or military experience
  • •At least 4 years of experience in compliance, legal, or audit
  • •At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients
  • •Master’s Degree or Law Degree (preferred)
  • •CRCM, ACAMS, or CIPP certification (preferred)
