Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement employee assistance programs (EAPs) covering counseling, wellness initiatives, and stress management.
  • •Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and disputes, managing grievances and fostering positive working relationships.
  • •Promote workplace health and safety awareness by organizing training, sharing safety procedures, and conducting safety inspections.
  • •Administer employee benefits and communicate benefit options to employees while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • •Manage employee leave requests (vacation, sick leave, parental leave) and support welfare/community initiatives aligned with company policies and IMS.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a diploma.
  • •Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to employee well-being.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and the ability to support HSE initiatives.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills and understanding of employee benefits programs, counseling services, and wellness initiatives.
