Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the annual operating plan, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly forecasting processes.
  • •Build and maintain financial models across ARR, revenue, headcount, operating expenses, gross margin, cash flow, and key SaaS metrics.
  • •Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with variance analysis, root causes, projections, and actionable insights; lead board reporting and board deck/investor material preparation.
  • •Serve as a strategic finance partner to go-to-market and G&A leaders on headcount planning, hiring plans, compensation analysis, and budget management.
  • •Own KPI reporting and SaaS performance tracking across ARR/MRR, churn, GRR/NRR, LTV:CAC, burn multiple, and Rule of 40; support strategic finance initiatives and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related analytical roles in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • •Deep expertise in SaaS metrics such as ARR/MRR, GRR, NRR, LTV:CAC, Rule of 40, and burn multiple.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with preferred experience using FP&A platforms like Adaptive, Anaplan, Mosaic, or Pigment.
  • •Experience preparing and presenting materials to executive leadership and a board of directors.
  • •Hands-on use of LLM tools alongside Excel and FP&A platforms; bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; Big 4/MBA/CPA/CFA/CMA are a plus.
