Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide preconstruction support during the project approval phase, including use of historical cost data and support for annual contractor purchase orders.
  • •Manage internal budgets and schedule of values in project management software for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects.
  • •Manage external budget and communications in external project management software, including commitment management, change management, and document control.
  • •Produce monthly forecasts and cash flows, understand forecast variances, and develop monthly executive reports.
  • •Oversee monthly vendor invoice review, accrual reporting for purchase orders, change order routing, risk register updates and contingency evaluation, and participate in financial closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelor's and/or master's degree.
  • •Preferred degrees: Construction Management.
  • •Preferred degrees: Construction Science.
