Build and optimize Anduril’s Continuous Integration platform that helps teams reliably build, test, and deploy defense technology. •Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple enclaves.
•Partner with software engineers to optimize build/test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls early.
•Build infrastructure-as-code frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) to provision and configure development, test, and production environments aligned to DISA STIG and NIST 800-53.
•Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to support security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
•Deliver against a shared CI roadmap by owning epics end to end and instrumenting metrics to prove CI experience improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
•Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C++, and Rust.
•Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
•Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code using Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar tools.
•Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Swarm, plus Linux administration, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash).
