Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product design for healthcare productivity experiences, from discovery through client launch, with a focus on simplifying complex clinical workflows.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success to conceptualize and refine features and articulate design decisions.
  • •Develop and maintain design system components, ensure accessibility, and contribute to design discourse to elevate product quality.
  • •Create wireframes, prototypes, and design briefs (PRDs) to frame opportunities and guide implementation.
  • •Navigate ambiguity with proactive communication and deliver thoughtful, research-driven design solutions that balance business goals and user needs

Key Requirements

  • •End-to-end product design experience from discovery through launch
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, HCI, or related fields
  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, visual design, and problem solving
  • •Proficiency with high-fidelity interfaces and prototyping tools (Figma, Cursor, etc.) and AI-powered tools
  • •Experience contributing to design systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams
