Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end product design for healthcare productivity experiences, from discovery through client launch, with a focus on simplifying complex clinical workflows.
•Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success to conceptualize and refine features and articulate design decisions.
•Develop and maintain design system components, ensure accessibility, and contribute to design discourse to elevate product quality.
•Create wireframes, prototypes, and design briefs (PRDs) to frame opportunities and guide implementation.
•Navigate ambiguity with proactive communication and deliver thoughtful, research-driven design solutions that balance business goals and user needs

Key Requirements

•End-to-end product design experience from discovery through launch
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, HCI, or related fields
•Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, visual design, and problem solving
•Proficiency with high-fidelity interfaces and prototyping tools (Figma, Cursor, etc.) and AI-powered tools
•Experience contributing to design systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams
