Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead cost management for multidisciplinary railway infrastructure projects, guiding a team of Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to deliver accurate cost estimates, monitor spend, and ensure payments align with contractual norms. Collaborate with Claims, Contract Management and Project Management teams to keep projects within budget and support design and procurement stages. Develop feasibility and final design estimates, prepare Bills of Quantities, and oversee on/off-site measurements.
