Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as SME for monthly accruals and prepayments for third-party spend, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close.
  • •Prepare month-end MI packs with variance analysis and present key drivers and movements to senior management.
  • •Govern aged accruals by investigating issues, challenging variances, resolving items, and following up with stakeholders to maintain balance sheet integrity.
  • •Analyze and implement finance/central tech COO process changes, ensuring local adoption and consistent control adherence.
  • •Manage pass-through billing consumption submissions and resolve accrual and billing queries with Tech Managers and relevant Finance/Operations teams, prioritizing time-critical items.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience working in a finance team, ideally supporting Technology or a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of month-end accounting processes, especially accruals and prepayments, including operational and control complexities.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and PowerPoint, with effective verbal and written communication to influence others.
  • •Experience developing reports and metrics, including familiarity with analytical and business intelligence tools and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
