Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical point of contact for trialing, new, and existing customers, guiding adoption and scaling of the platform.
  • •Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues across build systems, integrations, and environments.
  • •Help customers optimize their usage and ensure smooth adoption within developer workflows.
  • •Partner with Engineering to surface and track product bugs, performance regressions, and feature feedback from the field.
  • •Create and maintain internal and external documentation, and engage with community channels (forums, Slack, GitHub, conferences) to represent EngFlow.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
  • •Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems, with experience in Bazel or Buck/Buck2 as a big plus.
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
  • •Comfortable in Linux/Unix and experience with Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
  • •Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
