Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and run sourcing strategies for some of the hardest engineering roles in Europe.
  • •Own high-volume inbound processing while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • •Bring an AI-first mindset to sourcing, screening, and the recruiting process.
  • •Run recruiting processes end-to-end, from screening through offer management and admin, plus reporting.
  • •Support recruiting events and foster interest in Attio through your talent network and community.
