Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for technical commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, project delivery resources, cost estimates/budget, delivery schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Document IT requirements with the project team and define delivery resources, including RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
  • •Implement and maintain project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • •Direct project delivery teams and develop action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule while identifying threats and implementing risk mitigation/contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree preferred; degree waiver considered with experience and education).
  • •IT construction experience with areas such as network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, AV, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.
  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, including ability to read architectural drawings.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
  • •Preferred: LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations.
