Job Summary

Support the Kitchen Team at a Bupa care home by preparing fresh, varied, nutritional menus that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences. Help create an excellent dining experience, train and manage kitchen team members, and ensure compliance with COSHH and HACCP as well as company procedures, budgets, and order/delivery management. Cater for special events and seasonal activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Create varied, nutritional menus using fresh ingredients in line with residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
•Put forward ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience and help residents feel at home.
•Train and manage the kitchen team in prepping, cooking, and serving food.
•Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, and manage orders and deliveries.
•Cater for special events and seasonal activities as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 13.89 - 15.4 hourly
