Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with factory owners and stakeholders to ensure tools, equipment, and kits are ordered and delivered aligned with the Tool Install schedule, tracking and resolving issues.
  • •Represent the local FCS site in CTI and VF forums as the primary equipment-related point of contact.
  • •Forecast equipment workload and funding requirements and ensure purchase orders/commitments are in place to meet program goals.
  • •Coordinate detailed execution planning for Tool Install milestones across multiple suppliers and trade contractors, including planning meetings.
  • •Act as the primary equipment owner from pre-design through SL2 Signoff, driving troubleshooting and coordinating training/compliance while supporting safety leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field with 1+ years of experience in project or program management, construction or tool install (experience can include internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training).
  • •OR master’s degree in engineering or architecture or a related technical field.
  • •1+ years supporting project/program management for construction/tool install.
  • •2+ years of experience in the installation and demolition of process tool equipment (preferred).
  • •Professional PMP or Lean or 6-Sigma certification (preferred).
