Key Responsibilities

•Active support and advice for customers in their departments and beauty trends on the sales floor, fostering eye-level relationships and closing sales.
•Pass on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news to customers and the team.
•Develop and share expertise with the team; implement concise in-department services and beauty classes.
•Oversee operations such as product presentation, stocking, inventories, and cash register handling on the sales floor.
•Contribute to merchandising updates and ensure the Beauty Hub and brand looks are well executed.

Key Requirements

•Completed training in the respective departments (training period: at least 6 months)
•At least 3 years of professional experience in the respective department
•Excellent communication skills with customers
•Mature experience in retail, consulting and dealing with customers
•Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends
