Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain production documentation for each process, including manufacturing documents and production process routings.
  • •Learn and operate assigned equipment, document and report work, and become proficient with metrology tools for assigned processes.
  • •Drive problem solving initiatives and challenge status quo using C/A investigations, OEE, FPY, and customer escapes.
  • •Develop and implement cost savings projects, new technology, materials, new products, and processes while reducing scrap, rework, and repair.
  • •Participate in process flow, PFMEA, and control plans; develop plans and make changes to assembly processes, equipment procedures, and design specifications.
