Associate Cost Manager | Defence & Infrastructure

Lead end-to-end cost management commissions across medium to large, complex construction projects, acting as the day-to-day client interface. Own delivery of time, cost, and quality targets throughout the project lifecycle—developing feasibility studies, cost plans, procurement strategies, and tender documentation. Provide post-contract cost control (valuations, change management, reporting), mentor cost management team members, and support business development through client engagement and bid support.
