Key Responsibilities

•Write readable, maintainable code and participate in planning meetings to align task specifications.
•Review code and write technical design documents to guide teammates and ensure quality.
•Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to implement gameplay features and online architecture considerations.
•Identify and mitigate risks; help eliminate waste in the development process and improve workflows.
•Contribute to technical architecture decisions and maintain DI/OOD design principles across systems.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of game development experience.
•Expert in Unreal Engine with strong C++ and good knowledge of C#.
•Experience implementing games using Unreal; engine-level AI tools; character/animation setup including real-time lip-sync and Metahuman.
•Experience with generative AI for conversational games (In-World API and agents; Bedrock or similar tools).
•Experience interfacing with frontend and backend teams to deliver gameplay features and using CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins).
