Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and lead by example to generate clientele and maximize customer retention.
  • •Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain extraordinary customer feedback scores through NPS.
  • •Oversee inventory accuracy and controls, including cycle counts and tracking receiving and removal of products.
  • •Track BOH fulfillment, mis-pulls, and cycle counts metrics, using results to take action alongside in-store leadership.
  • •Support loss prevention, maintain store operational procedures and weekly workflow, and onboard/train staff as needed.
