Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and troubleshoot challenges and recommend continuous improvement strategies and solutions.
  • •Apply advanced engineering and process control strategies to improve operating efficiency of new and existing automation systems.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process control models, strategies, and methods to ensure reliability and efficiencies.
  • •Provide technical expertise for capital projects, process evaluation, and project modifications.
  • •Assure process documentation is regularly developed and maintained, while interfacing with equipment suppliers and appraising/developing subordinate engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with exposure to automation, programming, and control systems theory.
  • •8 years of electrical process controls, automation, or electrical controls and instrumentation experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong technical leadership and ability to lead and develop the process controls & automation team.
  • •Ability to quickly learn complex manufacturing operations and identify opportunities for efficiency and reliability improvements.
  • •Experience designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting automation and process control systems (e.g., PLCs/DCS/HMI/SCADA).
