Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team in Bangalore, including performance reviews, talent assessment, onboarding and training new team members
  • •Guide architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of core microservices, data stores, and cloud infrastructure
  • •Oversee the design and operation of scalable, resilient distributed systems powering the platform
  • •Promote Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban) and perform code reviews to ensure high quality
  • •Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide technical guidance and resolve complex distributed system issues

Key Requirements

  • •Deep expertise in backend languages, specifically Golang and/or NodeJS
  • •Experience with Python is a plus
  • •Proven experience designing and building scalable, resilient microservices architectures
  • •Strong knowledge of NoSQL technologies and experience with Spanner, DynamoDB, or GKE exposure for data persistence
  • •Hands-on DevOps experience (CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker)
