Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage requested facilities projects and equipment installations, including resources, schedules, and budgets
  • •Provide technical support to the Facilities organization as a system expert
  • •Collaborate with engineering disciplines, management, internal customers, and suppliers to deliver cost-effective projects within design criteria and schedule guidelines
  • •Communicate and document sequence of operations and design intent; develop capacity/demand analysis for utility systems
  • •Analyze critical utility systems to assess risks and develop solutions; develop and review maintenance and operational procedures

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering or information technology related discipline
  • •Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • •Experience in process controls and application of controls and instrumentation to process systems (e.g., cooling water, hot water, air systems, exhaust)
  • •Expert knowledge of controls systems and SCADA, including programming of PLCs and understanding communication networks
  • •Ability to analyze existing systems and monitoring equipment; knowledge of PID loop tuning and ladder/structured programming
