•Identify areas of high risk and take proactive action to positively impact program outcomes.
•Lead and support attraction and retention of talent, and contribute to global learning and people development strategy; ensure overall financial success and delivery of Program Management services in the region.

•BA/BS plus 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of leadership.

•Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin, utilization, and operational performance.
•Experience leading or supporting pursuits, contract negotiations, and service initiation for program, project, and construction management awards.
